Windows 10: Best way to transfer OS to SSD?

I am running out of hard drive space due to installing too many games from various giveaways over the last two years.I went to install a second hard drive, only to find that there is no bay for a second conventional hard drive and no place to put/mount the second drive even though there are two free SATA ports and an extra SATA power port. Strange.There is a slot for an M2 drive, so I exchanged the 4tb drive for a 1tb m2 drive.The existing drive is 1.5tb and has less than 50gb free.However now I'm faced with the issue. The OS is on the OEM 1.5tb drive, but the SSD is much faster. What's the be

Transfer OS from 512 to 1tb SSD

I'm in the process of building a new rig. I would like to transfer the OS from my current 512 SSD to a 1tb SSD. My Os is already linked to my MS account and I printed out the steps about using the troubleshooter after a significant hardware change. The Question is: Can I clone the 512 to the 1tb or does it require a clean install? OS is Win 10 Pro.

I am using HDD for last 8 years now I am feeling the need for SSD so is there any way by which I can transfer my OS files to SSD without reinstalling the OS on SSD I just want to make SSD as my main boot hardware

I don't know very much about computer so please be simple in answering not much technical

processor-- dual core e8500

ram--4 GB ddr2

current HDD--seagate 1tb barracuda 7200rpm

ssd which I am going to buy is liteon 128gb

 

OS and programs transfer?

So I got my SSD present early, but my OS is on my HDD. Is there a way to transfer everything over without reinstalling? I know EASEus has a transfer thing but I'm not sure on how to go about it.
