    Better Business Bureau has over 1500 Complaints Filed Against Microsoft


    Over 1500 Complaints After I filed a complaint on the Better Business Bureau’s website I read that they’ve received over 1500 complaints against Microsoft.Almost all of them had to due with the loss of a paid upgrade, being double billed, no customer service to help with any issues. I was only able to reach a live agent when I called their Volume License Purchasing store. I called the store 15 times, got a different agent each time that would put me on hold then come back to say,”I have technical support on the line to help you only to be hung up on each time. My complaint was after a hardware

    Microsoft support is useless. Refuses to help. Then refuses to respond to complaints.

    Unable to provide any decent support. Chat line people so incompetent they would be better off not to exist so as not to waste people's time. So, Microsoft now believes they are above having to respond to complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau.
    UNACCEPTABLE.

    A month into the debacle and no help whatsoever from Microsoft. USELESS.

    Did you know that it's not possible to file a complaint against Microsoft? What a pack or cretins. Their own Better Business Bureau says they do not respond to complaints submitted from the Better Business Bureau. UNACCEPTABLE!
