Windows 10: Beware of Microsoft phone numbers that are scams. I nearly got scammed.

I googled the telephone number for Microsoft support this morning and I feel like the number listed with a scam. This is the number.18442456762. I looked in my phone history at the same time he was working on my Microsoft ..... Someone accessed Western Union. I said something was odd if my history. He asked what. I said someone just access Western Union. That's whenever he said yeah watch this he starts logging in and give me the password in your email for the authorization. I said no you're full of it and hung up.

Microsoft will never call you out of the blue.

Only if you have previously contacted the official Microsoft Support, they might call you.
