I am using a RTX Super 2070 graphics card with plenty of memory. I have clean uninstalled and reinstalled my Nvidia driver, have updated windows and have uninstalled practically everything optional. I have scanned for viruses and malware too. Nothing.

I don't understand any of the error codes obviously.

The computer usually goes dead stop outputting video, but after reinstalling the GPU drivers it just crashes out of the program instead.

Can anyone help me work out what is going wrong here?

    :)

BEX64 error only occurred when I was playing Battlefield5

    Hello duadua9,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

To address the issue, kindly help us with the following questions.

    1. What is the make and model of the computer?
    2. What is the exact error message that is displayed while you play the game?
    3. Are you facing this issue on Xbox console or Windows PC?

BEX64 error is caused by the saved files while you play the game. Kindly check with the below suggestions and see if it works.

    • Delete all saved files (game files) from your users/documents folder (possibly libraries/documents folder).
    • Start the game launcher from origin.
    • If the origin syncs saved files before starting the launcher > Perform step 1 again.
    • If it doesn’t sync, start the game and Play.

Note: Delete only the game files, do not delete the personal files.

Kindly help us with the above queries and respond with the status of the issue.

    Hope it helps.

    intermittent BEX64 explorer.exe crash

For reference- apologies you probably already know this:
What are BEX errors in Windows? - Quora

It's almost inevitably associated with a 3rd party program hooked into file explorer.
Consider anything that modifies file explorer in any way (e.g. adds buttons, quick access to favourites, changes appearance of the GUI...) and any context menu entry.

You can start by disabling all non-MS context entries, starting with Shellexview (free), and then seeing if the same occurs.

You may find further such entries using the more technical Autoruns (free from MS) where the listing is divided into clear sections to help you find those.

Do not disable MS entries- these programs help you to hide those.
