Windows 10: BhasaIndia Microsoft Indic Language Input Tool ILIT Download throws 404 - File or directory...

Dear Team,


I am trying to download

Microsoft Indic Language Input Tool ILIT for Odia Language.
The download at BhasaIndia site https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/bhashaindia/downloads.aspx

Its throwing 404 Error. I initially thought it was incidental. But looks like this is not being fixed since quite sometime.


Any idea?

INDIC LANGUAGE INPUT TOOLS

I HAVE DOWNLOADED & INSATALLED MICROSOFT INDIC LANGUAGE INPUT TOOLS ON WINDOWS 8.1.

BUT I CAN'T ENABLE IT ON WINDOWS.

I DON'T SEE ANT OPTION IN REGION & LANGUAGE SETTING.

PLZ HELP ME.

 

Unable to install Microsoft Indic language input tool

On installation of MS indic language input tool, the setup displays the following message:

" Microsoft Indic Language Input Tool requires .NET Framework 2.0 or higher. Please install .NET framework 2.0 and restart Setup"

I downloaded the setup of .NET framework 4.5 and while installing the Setup said " .NET Framework could not be installed due to the following reasons:

1. Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is already a part of this operating system. You do not need to install the .NET Framework 4 redistributable.

2.Same or higher version of .NET Framework 4 has already been installed on this computer.

If .NET framework is already installed on my PC, Why can't I install MS Indic Language Input tool and why is it showing such message?
