    Problem with Rise of Nations: Extended Edition BHG RTS run time ERROR

    Tried to play without my anti-virus, got this crash to desktop message:

    "BHG RTS run time ERROR" "Could not create texutre: The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the approrpiate action. 64x64, 1 Levels, Format:28 Usage:0 Bind:40 CPUAccess:0 Misc:1

    Problem with Rise of Nations: Extended Edition BHG RTS run time ERROR

    ERROR POP-UP

    SPECS

    Windows 10 Pro x64 w/16GB

    GTX 750 Ti

    STEPS I'VE TRIED

    * reinstalled game

    * rolled back drivers, updated drivers

    * reinstalled VC redistributables

    * tried high/low graphics settings

    randomly crashes with the error (sometimes it's 15 minutes, sometimes it's an hour):

    scoured the internet, still no apparent fix.

    so I'm stuck with a game I can't play.

    runs all my other games perfectly, but this game crashes randomly.

    it would be nice if I could actually play the game, or get a refund, so far neither.
