Windows 10: Big Bug, open File Explorer to "This PC" and do not show "This PC" in selection pane

I want "This PC" to open when I press "Ctrl + E".I don't want "This PC" to be present in the Selection Pane. I've added it myself to Quick Access.When I activate one option, it activates the other automatically when I go to "...-> Options".I'm using Windows 11 Pro.

file explorer doesn't open to this pc and NOT show this pc in navigation pane at the same time.

I am using Windows 11 Home Single Language version 23H2.

I want to set file explorer to open to 'this pc' instead of 'home'. I also want to deselect 'show this pc in navigation pane' option. The first can be done in the general tab of folder options and the second in the view tab. The problem is that these two options can't be selected consistently. As soon as I change one, the other defaults to my unwanted option. Please report this as a bug as I would like to set my explorer in the said way.

Setting the Preview pane to show or hide in File Explorer will apply to all folders. If you wish to hide the Preview pane in File Explorer, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Open File Explorer.
• Tap on View tab.
• Click Preview Pane to view/hide it.

Show This PC in navigation pane.

Can i have This PC show and list of hard drives on the side panel, not like currently its under Desktop item and always collapsed so i have to click it every time to access list of hard drives. And hard drives that show underneath This PC when its collapsed are in wrong order! I dont need this Desktop item at all just need my computer with list of hard drives.
