  1. Big Computer Ordeal

I recently downloaded something off of the internet I probably shouldn't have. Windows defender labeled 3 severe threat trojans. I promptly blocked them and deleted anything new that had been installed. Just when I thought I had it sorted out, Chrome had some random extension on it and my device was now controlled and monitored by some "administration." At this point I had enough and booted to my Windows Install USB and deleted everything on the drive from the windows 10 setup. I'd imagine that this would remove anything and everything except for something that targets my specific model of drive, which I seriously doubt. I reinstalled all of my deleted applications, and everything as of now is almost as it was. Except for one thing, every time I open task manager the CPU is at or near 50% usage with nothing meaningful running in the background. I performed a scan with Malwarebytes and cleaned with Adwcleaner, neither of which detected anything. I switched all hidden files to be visible as well. I even took a slow motion video as I opened task manager but everything was at 0% usage except the summary which was at around 50%. 49%, 53%, even up to 73% Everything went down to normal levels very quickly, only sometimes could I see what program was using so much CPU: System Interrupt and other times others, which also went down to normal levels quicker than a blink. As I said, I only installed what I had before, very big name programs and drivers. The CPU fan is also moving faster at idle than before this whole thing happened, but the temperatures are always normal. I set my case RGB's to turn yellow anytime the CPU load goes above 7%, but it stays green. I am very sure this is just a small task manager bug, but I asked here to see if these are common signs of anything. I can provide specifications if needed.

    :)
