    Big Fish Games issue with Windows 11


    I have a new laptop with Windows 11 OS. I can install and open Big Fish Games manager, but when I go to "Purchase History" to download one of my previously purchased games, "ERROR 1400 You Must Have a Network Connection." It has been added to my anti virus firewall already.Any help would be very much appreciated.Suzanne

    Can someone please explain why the Big Fish app is no longer responding when I open it to either continue my game, or activate a new game purchase? I've been all over the map about this, with no result. Filed 2 new tickets with Big Fish over it. The cart checkout keeps stating it 'cannot connect at this time' 'try again later' or 'contact your administrator' which is absolute bupkus. I've never had issues with gaming in the past. And Big Fish claims they've updated everything for 2022.

    Some forum feedback stated confusion over if this is a Microsoft matter with Windows 10, or Big Fish alone. I'm needing answers, as a monthly subscriber please!
