Windows 10: Big installation issue, trying to fix it from 2 days

I am not able to go past the windows logo on any windows images.
1) My battery died while starting windows, then it was stuck in repairing and then it would go to memu where there was all the options command prompt, advanced etc.
2) The regular diagnosis didnt work it would be always stuck in bootloop.
3) I don't have access to another windows pc so I used mac and tool called uboot or something to flash windows 10 iso newest version to usb.
4) It went past the windows logo into the initial menu, i selected repair installation. Used command prompt to enter command "bootrec /fixboot" got access denied error.
5) second command i tried was , first i changed my directory from x: to c: And ran chkdsk with some parameter.It was showing estimated 20 hours so i aborted it
This is where the trouble began 6) I rebooted the laptop again with windows USB it went past the windows logo but showed just a black screen "laptop still on".
7) Removed usb showed something about automatic repair under windows logo, and again the black screen.
8) Tried hirens windows recovery iso goes upto the windows logo but the spinner never stops.
9) tried another windows pe recovery iso same thing.
10) Tried burning iso again on usb same thing black screen.
11) linux boots fine. It's just windows images that don't work.

I have two boooaders grub and windows
Same thing happens using any of them.

Is my bios corrupted? Hp has a recovery partition with command prompt on it. But that too doesn't boot just black screen.

Tried all possible bios settings 1) Legacy boot enabled
2) secure boot disabled.
3) Secure boot disabled while uefi boot

Screen Resolution too big

Firstly, try to install all the available Windows Updates and check if it fixes the issue.

I suggest you to change the screen resolution settings and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key and type Change Screen Resolution and click on the option listed.
• Under resolution try changing the resolution settings.

Also try to install the latest drivers from the manufacturer website and check.

Big problems with Windows 10 after installation.

This issue may occur due to the outdated display driver or come file are corrupt. For now do not re-install Windows 10, try the below steps and check if it helps resolve the issue.

Step 1. Update the display driver.

I would suggest you to update Display driver. Follow the below steps:

• Press Windows key + X and click on Device manager.
• Locate for Display Adaptor and expand it.
• Right click on the adaptor and click on update.

Step 2. (Unspecified error 0x8000ffff),

For the issue error 0x8000ffff, I suggest you to check if the Volume Shadow Copy service is running on your computer or not.
To check for the same follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R, type “services.msc” on the box and hit Enter.
• Locate for “Volume Shadow Copy” and check if the service is started.
• If not ‘Start’ the service by right clicking on it.

If the service was already started, I would suggest you to stop the service and restart the same.
