Big packet lose on my network. Have no idea what causes that issue?

So I've bought myself new laptop recently and after some time I start to feel that my internet is working differently than before. I thought it was ISP problem or just bad days, because I have wi-fi and it could happen. After a while with these problems present I decided to test it how it looks on my old pc. So I did some ping tests and saw that the same network doesn't have any packet loss on old pc but constantly on new. I then proceed to do most common fixes like updating my drivers etc. And then after a while restarting my pc on and off I realised it was stable again, I thought the updates

Monitoring network issues on Windows PC

I am experiencing network issues on my Windows 10 PC, and it occurs only at home.
The issues are that the PC is losing connectivity, it happens both on wifi and on wired connection (at least this is what I think).
My ISP says that the connection to them is stable, so I'm looking for a software that can monitor packets loss, or other network issues.
I want something simple for this purpose, and not a full packets sniffer or something like Wireshark.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

Big packet lose on my network. Have no idea what causes that issue?

    Issues with network adapters

    Hi Alfonso,

To resolve this issue, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter when you switch from WiFi to Ethernet connection. The Network troubleshooter can help diagnose and fix common connection problems including clearing the network cache to obtain a new
IP from the new network. Kindly follow the steps below:

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type Identify and repair network problems, and then select
Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
    • Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

If the issue persists, kindly try the troubleshooting steps on the following link:

Fix network connection issues in Windows 10
    .

We recommend that you try the steps on the Update the network adapter driver,
Run the Network troubleshooter followed by networking commands, and Use network reset to reinstall network devices sections.

Let us know how it goes for us to assist you further.
