Windows 10: Big problem after changing some things in regedit

I have one big problem. 2 days ago I installed corel draw x3on my windows 10 laptop, the installation of corel draw x3 caused that the windows start button does not work, I tried to find a solution to this problem on the Internet, I followed the instructions from this clip: https://youtu.be/kTlx5cV9rzk. After I restarted the computer, the problem became much bigger: I can't open .exe files, most applications, I can't run sfc and dism repair, I can't do system restore, when I try to do any of the above, I get certain error messages. How to change the default WordPad font using regedit

WordPad comes with Calibri font size 11 by default. There are many work-arounds available online to change the font, but I would like to see a tutorial with a step-by-step fool-proof regedit procedure with screenshots as Brink does so masterfully.

psexec -i -d -s c:\windows\regedit.exe

I gave you a number of things to try besides reinstalling. I took the time to research problems with this game and gave you a comprehensive list of things to try. May I ask why you rated my post unhelpful before you could have possibly tried all the things
I suggested? Why did you only respond to one small step in a long list?
