Windows 10: Big problem with windows!

I am not the smartest when it comes to computer problems but I can't seem to fix this. First, my settings aren't showing certain options and when I search for the missing settings like personalization, the tab comes up in the search bar but when i click on it nothing happens. Next, I cannot sign into XBox or Microsoft rewards or any microsoft related things that aren't on my browser. For Xbox I get this message with Error code 0x800704ec.Almost every fix I find makes me go to settings and has me go to a setting that I for some reason cannot access. Can anyone help?Thanks!

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Big problems with Windows 10 after installation.

This issue may occur due to the outdated display driver or come file are corrupt. For now do not re-install Windows 10, try the below steps and check if it helps resolve the issue.

Step 1. Update the display driver.

I would suggest you to update Display driver. Follow the below steps:

• Press Windows key + X and click on Device manager.
• Locate for Display Adaptor and expand it.
• Right click on the adaptor and click on update.

Step 2. (Unspecified error 0x8000ffff),

For the issue error 0x8000ffff, I suggest you to check if the Volume Shadow Copy service is running on your computer or not.
To check for the same follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R, type “services.msc” on the box and hit Enter.
• Locate for “Volume Shadow Copy” and check if the service is started.
• If not ‘Start’ the service by right clicking on it.

If the service was already started, I would suggest you to stop the service and restart the same.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
