Windows 10: BIG RED COLOR AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN ALWAYS

Hi I am a windows 10 user,I am suffering this problem since few months. A red color is stuck always at the top of my screen. Always when i turn on pc from that time it will be stuck and sometimes a black from a corner flashes without doing any activity but it stops if a increase my brightness .But Red color on the top never goes off . If I do a screenshot it doesn't show there and if i share my screen to other as wellHere is a picture,You can see at the top of screen those red colurPlease help me solve it as soon as possible please

Screen color shifts to red after login, even with night shift off

Basically, problem is:

1. Screen display is neutral pre-login
2. Login and after 15-30 seconds, screen shifts to red, like night light is on
3. night light is off in the settings, turning it on can make it even more red
4. turning night light off again removes the extra color temp but not getting rid of it all the way

I've followed a number of posts on this issue, updating windows, turning off night shift, turning back on, checking that no monitor color profiles are turned on, etc. What I have found after experimentation though is that creating a new user on the computer
and loging in as that user does not show the red shift problem, which points to something in my profile.

What I can't figure out is what is that something?

Does anyone have suggestions on fixing a broken profile or resetting the setting that controls this?

This might be the display drivers issue.

Kindly let us know with the following to assist you better:

• Were you able to access desktop?
• Is there any error code along with the red screen?
• Have you tried to connect an external monitor and check if the issue persists?
• Have you updated the display drivers?

Please perform some of the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps:

If you are able to boot the computer to desktop then, I suggest you to update the display drivers to your computer.

Method 1: Update the Display Adapter driver.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right on the Display Adapter and click on
  Update driver software.
• If it works fine otherwise try to search for the drivers with the help of model number of your computer from the Manufacturer’s website.

Method 2: If you are unable to access desktop, I suggest you to place the computer in safe mode and update the display drivers.

Step 1: Start computer in safe mode.

  Type Settings in the search box on the desktop, select

  Here select Change pc settings and then

  Scroll down to Advanced startup, click
  Restart now.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshoot, Advanced options, and Startup Settings.

  Click Restart, select
  Safe mode and then press Enter.
