Windows 10: big trouble activating windows

Hello MS,I built a new computer, The old one was W10 Pro.Before I did I called Microsoft, they stated all I needed to do was update and use my username and password for my MS account.I backed up my w10 SSD onto NvME. It started ok logged into W10 and ran updates. Ran into a lot problems.I was advised thru research to just install W11 pro.So now my w11 is defaultno files and folders or apps from old computer.Not ideal but I can get the file and folders and reinstall apps.But now I can not activate the W11.Please advise case no. 7073-484-189TY Craig

When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

first ones not bad. floppies are dead, thats a good step up.

activation? i've never had issues with that.
