Windows 10: Big white box after login windows

After the windows update earlier this week Ive been getting this white box image after signing in. The last two days Ive been able to brute force restart my way through but today Ive been at it for hours and no luck. The issue does not exist in safe mode. Ive tried disabling all start up processes but no luck. Any idea what it could be/how to solve it? Oh the white box seems to sit on top of all other applications. Opening task manager works but it goes straight to the background.

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it

White login box for windows 10 is not appearing

I have an intermittant issue logging into my Windows 10 PC. When I reach the the screen page where the white box to type in my PIN or login email should be about 50% of the time there is no white box to type these details into.
