Windows 10: Bigger and larger window slider for all applications

Is there any official way to make those sliders larger and bigger so I can easily click them without getting brain tumor? Why did they made them so small anyways this isnt iphone. And yes I did enabled the setting under Visual settings under new settings panel.

How can I make text larger only? I have tried to follow the instructions below:

Change the size of text in Windows 10. ... In Windows: Select the Start button, then select Settings > Ease of Access > Display. To
make just the text on your screen larger, adjust the slider under
Make text bigger

But when I open the Display window the first thing up is: Make Everything Bigger, and the slider bar is not there any where on the Display window. Only to make all apps and text bigger is showing.

Since your display has a high resolution, Windows 10 will automatically set the scaling value to an appropriate percentage that's why the icons appear larger. Also, Microsoft recommends keeping your display resolution to the "recommended" value. If you prefer
your text, apps, and other items to be even bigger or smaller, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Click Start menu.
• Click Settings.
• Click System.
• Choose Display and you can manually adjust it by clicking or dragging the slider.

after installing win10 everything become bigger

Please mention what do you mean by everything is getting bigger at desktop? Are you referring to desktop icons?

Follow the methods provided below and check if it helps.
