Windows 10: BiInitializeLibrary failed 0xc00000bb

So after three months of updates causing the system to not properly sleep (you can hear it constantly trying to power down and something waking it up, some sort of USB driver that never had a problem before), eventually either going to sleep or shutting down and taking 30-45min to boot up (luck of the draw, depends on the day) it decided to yesterday download two updates that took a day and a half. Got the restart prompt, then this message and will not go beyond that.


I could understand if it was a system with substantial changes, but it isn't. It has two slots (one used by a network wifi card and one empty and the PC is connected via Ethernet anyway), only two SATA ports, keyboard, mouse, and a microsoft headset. Very basic for browsing and even that is difficult to do in Windows 10.

Looks like another full installation will be needed. Surely, Microsoft and ASUS could talk to each other about these updates?

Anyone has any *working* suggestions on how to solve this message? There isn't any new hardware since the last install a few months ago when it crashed again.

But when my computer boots it doesnt allow me to go to BIOS even if i use the command key and it sends me to a black screen with BlInitializeLibrary failed 0xc00000bb in white text in the top
left corner and at this screen i can't do anything
