Windows 10: Billing my credit card for subscription that I didn't sign up for

Holy hell, Microsoft! This is ridiculous.


Our credit card is being charged $30 a month for some subscription that we did not sign up for. I can't even identify what subscription it is because we don't use any of them.


I can't get anyone on the phone to help and your online services are terrible. I just want to know what product is being charged to our credit card. Your online service menus go in a circle. I'm going to have to just cancel our card so you stop charging.


How can I have someone look at our microsoft accounts and tell us what's going on? Can I get an email or chat, PLEASE? I'M BEGGING YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Problem with credit card billing

I keep getting emails from Microsoft Billing saying that they are unable to bill me using my credit card. I went into my Microsoft account and updated my billing information as well as enter my new credit card number. I did this over a week ago and I
am still getting emails saying that they are unable to bill my account. I have been getting Microsoft 365 for Home for 9.99 per month. I don't want to loose my subscription. What do I need to do?

Problem with credit card billing

Dear all, thank you in advance for your help.



I live in Bolivia, and I bought some apps with my credit card last month, and everything was fine until recently I received an email asking me to update my credit card. Sadly, my credit card changed (a new goverment law that demands all Banks to have credit
cards with security chips, therefore my credit card had to be changed), and the billing did not happen until my other credit card balance was transfered to my new card.



I already registered the new credit card and tried to make the payment with that credit card with no success. I also tried to close the other credit card and move the billing to the new one, but it is not posible.



I sent an email to the Microsoft billing support, and they told me to post my question here.



Hope you can help me, because I don't want my account to be cancelled.

Cancelling monthly billing subscription

Please review my account.

On 12/29/19 I purchased personal 1 YEAR SMCSFT Software bundled and installed it three weeks ago.

I have no way of knowing which of my subscription I'm on.

The one where my son is being billed $11 something on his credit card or the purchase I made on 12/29/19.

$11 Billing remains on my sons c/card and I'd like this to stop and cancel the monthly billing subscription.

I'd like to replace the $11 monthly billing to the purchased 1 year bundle.
