Why cant I talk to a person? This is stupid not to be able to talk to a human. It has to do with billing you sure dont hesitate to take money from my account. But cant talk on the phone ....;

Information about a recent change in billing for Office 365 monthly subscriptions

Recently, Microsoft made your monthly subscription billing and renewal date the same. Now your monthly subscription will be billed on the same day it renews.

Previously, you were billed on the same day each month - even if your subscription renewed days or weeks earlier. These different dates led to a lot of customer confusion, especially around cancellation and when you would get your final charge.

You may get billed sooner than expected

Before this change occurred, our systems waited to bill you days or weeks after your subscription renewed each month. Now your billing and renewal date are the same, and you could see a one-time sooner-than-expected charge for your next renewal. Please understand that we haven’t charged you twice for the same month. Going forward, you’ll only be billed on the renewal date each month.

Why are we making this change?

With this change, there will be no more confusion between when you are billed vs. when your subscription renews. If for some reason you cancel your subscription, and decide to purchase again in the future, you can choose which day you get billed for your monthly subscription by purchasing it on the desired date.

We hope these changes make it easier to understand your monthly billing charges for our products and services. Thank you for being a loyal Microsoft customer!

On January 15, you posted "Word 2013 document too large in windows10"; Stefan Blom replied on January 16 and you marked his reply as the answer to your question

On January 18, you posted "Word documents sent to cloud"; there have been 11 replies to that question and on January 19, you marked Jay Freedman's reply as the answer and replied "Got it! Thanks!"

On February 6, you posted "Windows 7 updates"; I replied on Feb 6 and you replied "Ok, thanks!"

On March 31, you posted "Windows 7 updates" which is essentially identical to the question you posted on February 6. It appears that user PINGROSHEKKA replied to your post but that reply was split into its own separate thread by a Volunteer Moderator because
rather than being a reply to you, user PINGROSHEKKA asked an unrelated question.

I would be glad to clarify my February 6 reply to your question if you explain your confusion. If you've received new updates on your Windows 7 computer since February 6, open Windows Update, click the link for "View update history" and list the updates
you're confused about.
