    I Bought a new nokia 114 few days befr.then i update it to software Vresion 3.47.now i m facing i serious problem that my mail and chat application is not opening.so plz suggest me any solution to fix this

    but my old nokia 114 does not have this fiacture i want to update software then i click download uodate software then error vome "no software update provider found ., second step in divice update install software updates and next step is software update provider
    > in every phone have nokia but my phone empty
