Windows 10: Billing

I am inquiring about invoice number G023817595. I am not sure what the invoice is for before I update any billing information. I have received several emails from Microsoft. I have tried calling several different numbers, but I can't talk with a person. I just want to confirm it is legit. I think invoice is for Microsoft Project, but not sure.
