Windows 10: BILLING

I see a charge dated 3/15/25 on my american express; when I called, they advised I've been paying for this subscription for several years.HOWEVER, when I go to my microsoft account, it saids a new account 8/23/24 when I bought new computer and an expiration of 3/26/2015 for another.Do I possibly have 2 accounts in error? IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT YOU VIA PHONE TO RESOLVE WHAT IS MOST LIKELY A DUPLICATE ACCOUNT

i cannot purchase in app games with mobile billing
