Windows 10: Bilocker key

So, my laptop is Vostro 5481. It is hybrid. My windows was installed in 128 GB SSD, and I decided to upgrade it to 500. So, I did and after upgrading and installing windows in 500 GB SSD, when I started my laptop, my D drive was asking for bitlocker recovery key, which I am sure, I never put ont that 1TB HDD. And, I tried most of the method to get the recovery key but till now it's all in vain. All I get is Bitlocker Key ID and External key ID with .BEK format.
Could you please tell, how can I recover my data from that drive?

Bilocker recovery problem

I had my Lenovo fixed at their facility for charging problem and when I received it, it asked for bitlocker recovery key. I never set this up so am not sure how it was activated and at this point it does not matter. Apparently no one including Microsoft
knows how to address this. I logged in to my Microsoft account and found the Lenovo and my surface both listed and marked as "Bitlocker ON" however when I clicked on key recovery it says "you did not save any on this site". I went back to my surface and selected
"save to your cloud domain account" it acts like it saved the key but again it does not show on my Microsoft account. (surface is administered with the same Microsoft account)

Any suggestions? is there anyway to get around the locked drive? and why the computers are listed on my Microsoft account showing active bitlocker but the recovery key is not there and can not be stored there?

Follow either of these steps to fix the issue with the Active window hiding behind.

Method 1:
I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

1. Press Windows key + X key and click on Control Panel.
2. Select or click Ease of Access.
3. Click or tap onEase of Access Centre.
4. Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
5. Check if issue is resolved.

Method 2:
I would suggest you to completely uninstall the touchpad driver and reinstall it. Kindly follow the below given steps.

1. Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
2. In the list of devices, you should see the touchpad drivers.
3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.
