Windows 10: Bing maps which is used inside the photo app will stop in July, which app to replace ?

Hello !In the photo app when I click on informations and then on the map it opens Windows Maps.I have a message the app will stop in July. Which app should I download instead to continue to use the photo app to see maps from a photo ?The help link does not give a simple solution for that.

Does the windows 10 maps app information sync to Bing maps?

Hi,

Please be informed that the windows 10 maps app information syncs with the

Bing maps as long as you are signed with a same Microsoft account. If you have

added the places as favorites in Bing Maps they should show up on the Maps app

as well as long as you're signed in to both with the same account.

Try the below steps to locate the favorites and notes saved on your system:
1. Press Windows + R keys from the Keyboard to open the run window.
2. Type . (dot) and click on Ok.

3. You find your favorites and notes saved on your system for your user account.

How do I set Cortana to use Bing maps instead of the Maps app?

I noticed that when I right click on highlighted text it no longer lets me choose "Map with Bing". I'm fine with letting Cortana replace the "Search with Bing" function but by only having the "Ask Cortana" option it requires another click to get to a map.
And the map that she uses is the Maps app which works great on my Lumia 950xl and the 3D cities are cool but I need more functionality on my laptop. It doesn't allow me to drag a route, add waypoints, search along the route, and so on.

So how to I set Cortana to use Bing Maps instead of the Maps app? I tried uninstalling the Maps app but that option is greyed out.
