Windows 10: Bing wallpaper app on win11arm64 doesn't change automatically each day

I am using the Bing Wallpaper app on both a desktop and a Surface Laptop 7 ARM64. On the desktop, the wallpapers update properly, and when I left-click on the hidden icons, the interface seems to have been updated as well.However, the issue lies with the laptop version. On the laptop, even when the date changes, the wallpaper does not update. If I uninstall and reinstall the app, the wallpaper changes, but it does not change automatically the next day. Additionally, unlike the desktop version, when I left-click on the hidden icons, the interface remains the same as before.When will the lapto

Bing wallpaper doesn't change on Windows Phone

I have a brand new Nokia Lumia Icon running Windows Phone 8.1. I want to set my wallpaper to Bing so it changes daily. The problem is, it stopped changing on its own after the first day of ownership. I can manually set it to the current Bing photo by selecting
a photo as the wallpaper and setting it back as Bing but it never updates. I've let it sit for two full days and the background never changed. I've tried clearing all IE data (history, cookies, etc) but it didn't work. Anyone have any suggestions?

 

How do I change Bing wallpaper every day?

I have downloaded and installed Bing wallpapers, but I can not get the wallpaper on the desktop or the lock screen to change every day. How do I get it to change every day?
