Windows 10: Bing wallpaper issues, not running

I keep installing Bing wallpaper app and it get to 100% then the loading screen turns into a blank white box and closes. I’ve tried to run as administrator and exact same thing. Reset PC and nothing has resolved.

• Which version of Windows Mobile Operating System does it run on?
• Are you connected to the Internet when you check
  Bing?

An Internet connection is required for the Images on the
Bing to change daily.

Cannot install Bing Wallpaper

Thanks for your reply.

You can try to uninstall the app and install a new app. To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Right-click on Start and select Windows Powershell (admin).

2. Type appwiz.cpl in the text field and press Enter.

3. On the Programs and Features page, find the Bing Wallpaper app.

4. Right-click on the app, select the Uninstall, and then follow the instructions.

5. After deleting the app, go to the Official website of Bing Wallpaper.

6. Click on the Install Now and then double-click BingWallpaper.exe.

If the Bing Wallpaper app is still not working, It may also be related to the damage of components in your store. You can try the following to repair your store.

1: Reset Store Cache



Try resetting the Store and see if that helps.

1. Press Windows key + R. This will open Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for 'Run'.
   
2. In Run dialog box, type 'wsreset.exe' and hit Enter.
   

Note: A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds, the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.



2: Re-register Microsoft Store



Re-register Microsoft Store using PowerShell and see if that helps.

1. Press Windows + X keys together and click on Windows PowerShell (Admin).
   
2. Now type in the command and hit Enter: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
   
3. Restart the PC.
   

Then try the installation again.
