    Bingo Freezes


    Does anyone know where I can get help finding out why Microsoft Bingo keeps freezing when game ends and never pays up? Lose all my bingos, coins, and buttons-to-boot. Anyone? I play Bingo on a laptop with Windows 10, i5intel, Toshiba. Just started this "game freeze" recently . . . Played without problems last month . . . What could have happened?

    Thanks for your reply. However issue has gone unresolved. Contacted support uninstalled and reinstalled. Rebooted computer as he suggested and still have all the same issues. I guess the answer is just dont play Bingo. which is to bad cause I do enjoy

    If I may pop in, although I am not the person you replied to, playing Microsoft Bingo recently, this does not solve the Rewards not being given at the end. The Rewards window comes up, but it is blank (it worked for a short time after installing the game).

    - Followed Steps

    - Uninstalled and Reinstalled game

    - Tested in Windows 8.1 (Dual Boot system) and it occurs there too

    - Internet connection works otherwise (obviously, Bingo also explicitly allowed in Firewall)

    Microsoft Bingo - Windows 10

    windows bingo used to work well on 8.1 then when the switch to win 10 came, it worked for a while but now it is just a mess. no pay for bingo's or power cards 1/2 the time. it keeps freezing, and the list keeps going on and on. if it cant be fixed it should
    be taken off the games as it is just not worth playing anymore. Spencer
