Windows 10: Bingo level 52

I am almost to level 53, but the silver level is still locked. Shouldn't the silver level be unlocked, now that I am almost to level 53?

I suggest you to run a Windows app troubleshooter and check if the issue persists.

Microsoft Bingo unable to play the level up

Tried all suggestions but the issue is not resolved.

App troubleshooter cannot find / resolve the problem.

FAQ did not have an answer.

Xbox support - the link does not specify win 10 - uninstalled Bingo anyway - restarted, reinstalled and when I open bingo I get the message that I own the program and should install it. Installed again and instead of Play I get the install button again
and again.

Microsoft Bingo

If I may pop in, although I am not the person you replied to, playing Microsoft Bingo recently, this does not solve the Rewards not being given at the end. The Rewards window comes up, but it is blank (it worked for a short time after installing the game).

- Followed Steps

- Uninstalled and Reinstalled game

- Tested in Windows 8.1 (Dual Boot system) and it occurs there too

- Internet connection works otherwise (obviously, Bingo also explicitly allowed in Firewall)
