Windows 10: bingo will not connect

Microsoft bingo has connectivity issue. will not connect. I have reset modem and reset internet connection. What next?

have tried all suggestion but still get message that there is a problem connecting to bingo server. Can anyone fix this?

Thank you Greg for the info, however I am a computer "dummy" and have looked everywhere and found settings in several places but I can't find Microsoft Bingo or advanced settings. I found where you can uninstall but Microsoft Bingo was not listed??
Can you guide me through the steps? Been playing the game for weeks so it's got to be installed somewhere?? Any other suggestions or am I a hopeless case

 

Can't connect to Bingo Server

I have not been able to play Bingo for the past 5 or 6 days. I get the Server Connection Error: "There was a problem connecting to the Bingo server. If the problem persists, please check the Bingo support page at Microsoft Casual Games"

I went to the "support page" mentioned which is a Facebook page, the only response to my question that I got was that the server is working fine. Since it appeared that I am the only one having the problem, I asked for further help. Unfortunately, for some
reason I can no longer see any posts on that page so I have no idea if anyone answered me.

I have:

• Uninstalled & re-installed.
• Restarted the computer.
• Uninstalled, restarted the computer then reinstalled Bingo.
• Reset Bingo.
• Restarted my router.
• Run troubleshooters.

I don't have any problem connecting to Microsoft Solitaire or Jigsaw or the Microsoft store.

This all seems to have started the day after the Windows update I got early last week was installed.

Can anyone help me get it working again? I've only recently started playing, but have quickly become addicted, lol.
