    BingWallpaperApp error 0xc0000135


    After updating my Dell notebook Win11 with KB5013943 and KB5013628, BingWallpaperApp stopped working and displays error 0xc0000135. Additionally Microsoft Teams shows the same error and does not start.What should I do?

    Hello,

    i have win 10 64 bit installed on my new intel core I5 PC -
    i did a clean install on a 256 gigs SSD.
    this morning i got this message when i opened the pc;



    BingWallpaperApp error 0xc0000135 [​IMG]



    Then it auto restart itself - and i get this screen;

    * no matter which option i choose. it won't load windows...
    Any ideas ?

    I disconnected the D hard drive - only SSD is connected.
    turn on - same error.
    try to do a startup repair;

    BingWallpaperApp error 0xc0000135 [​IMG]


    went into CMD - and preformed chkdsk; (SSD was got the D: Drive Letter, not C)
