    BIOS cannot be closed?


    Hello,

    Whenever I turn on my PC, the BIOS menu starts automatically. Even if I press Alt/Ctrl/Del or Esc, and the menu usually disappears, it comes back. Even if I leave as often as I want to discard changes and exit, the menu comes back. I have already changed the boat order, replaced the bio-battery, but it still doesn't help.

    How can I end it now?

    PS: I really don't know anything about BIOS, so please declare them dummies

    "sound card cannot be found". Does the Device Manager list it, and with an error? Or is it no listed in the Device Manager?
    If its not listed at all, that suggests the BIOS is not detecting it or there is a BIOS error. Windows will not detect it if the BIOS does not.

    You can try a BIOS reset and see if that helps, if its not being detected by the BIOS.
