Windows 10: bios configurations are not being set in windows

Windows seems to be ignoring my bios setup and most of the time wont turn setting off. there are lots of issues with just getting into the bios when turning on power management setting of the bios. its so bad that i lose my usb mouse when in the bios and while running windows my GPU's have been corrupted and software installs create bugs.On my crypto ming rig the hashing units GP104 would be in idle and the fans would have issues spinning backup after i use MSI OC tools for a MSI motherboard.GP104-100 devices are not display devices yet windows categorize it as GPU's when there are by defi

access BIOS settings in Win 10

I have an 8-year old computer running Win 10. I need to access the BIOS settings. It used to be the holding down the F2 key during startup would bring up the BIOS screen in Windows computers. But this no longer works. A web article listed a complicated
series of steps leading to a reboot . . . but still no access to BIOS. Any suggestions?
