Windows 10: Bios utility ez modo user

Hola solicito su ayuda.Have un tiempo compré una laptop la cual está súper modificada decía ser core i7 10th con cualquier aplicacion mostraba datos que no eran. En resumen me tumbaron. Pero no obstante me a salido muy buena a pesar de ser una Celeron n4020. El tema adicional es que al entrar al modo bios no puedo modificar absolutamente nada. Aparece el nivel de acceso como user y siempre me pide clave para entrar. Noto que hay un administrador con contraseña instalada. Pero no puedo ni modificar ni cambiar ni borrar. Completamente bloqueada. Algo con lo que pueda solucionar. Mil gracias por

Stuck in UEFI BIOS Utility EZ Mode

When I start my pc, it will automatically enter the UEFI BIOS Utility EZ Mode. After press F10 (Save & Exit), it will shut down and restart and enter the UEFI BIOS Utility EZ Mode again.

It's ASUS UEFI BIOS. And I failed to disable the Secure Boot.

PLEASE HELP!!! THANKS A LOT!!!

One of those should fix it, most likely restoring the proper device to first Boot Priority - either the WIndows hard drive on a legacy install, or Windows Boot Manager on as UEFI install, or a BIOS/UEFI setting for UEFI, CSM or Legacy needs adjusting.

It's also possible it's stuck in BIOS mode because the hard drive is dead or dying, so look for it in BIOS setup under Storage devices to see that it's still functioning. If not you'll need to reseat it, adjust or change the cable, etc. to get it recognized,
or replace the hard drive and reinstall WIndows.

Bios utility ez mode asus

My laptop was working very good Then it turned on with BIOS Utility ez mode so i cannot exit it

I tried shutdown 3 times , and press f4 or f5 or f8 , f2 all of them nothing happened the same bios open , i cannot aslo remove my battery ( built in battery )
