cant use R-ALT plus B

so this morning i got this strange "error" where my R-ALT+B (right alt) dosent work on the windows 10. Thing is that all other keybinds work, beside this one. I also discovered, that if I press L-ALT + R-ALT, i will be able to use R-ALT+B (i can open curly brace), but if i let of my R-ALT, and then try to press it again and open curly brace, it dosent work.

so: L-ALT + R-ALT then R-ALT | R-ALT+B - works

let of: R-ALT then R-ALT+B | R-ALT+B - dosent work

NOTE: I tried changing keyboard language, removing it and then addming it and restarting PC. It dosent wo

To understand your situation better and provide you with a more accurate solution, I'd like to confirm the "R-" and "L-" you referred to.

At the same time, it is advised to run the keyboard shortcuts troubleshooter and see if any problem can be found.

Head to Start > Settings > System > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Under Find and fix other problems, select Keyboard > Select Run the troubleshooter to start the scan.

Also, you could try to refresh the Human Interface Device Service and see the effect.

Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog > Type services.msc and press Enter > Right-click Human Interface Device Service > Start > If it is already running, click Restart > Right-click it again and select Refresh.

It should be not connected when you do this
