Windows 10: Bit locker and recovery key ID cannot match, how do I reinstall window?

I tried to enter the bit lockers to recovery my window but it does not match. The final way I have to do I can think of is to reinstall window.How do I do it?

2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Bit locker recovery key not generated any key ID is there

Dear Team,

I'm really appreciate this bitlocker feature but when we don't have possibilities to recover our personal and important data when unable to identify or forgotten recovery key then bitlocker very worse.

Coming to my issue. Before windows 10 installation local d drive not locked with bit locker and due to system Slowness we had reinstalled windows 10 after that suddenly local d drive locked by bit locker. I tried to get recovery from cloud intune but no recovery key for Key ID. Now D drive have important data, what to do I need to unlock that drive. System is in domain. I need to unlock this D drive without format or system reset

Thank you for replying. Those links were helpful in understanding how to enable bit-locker and how to go through the recovery key process but it did not tell me what to do when the recovery key generated by that process does not work when I type it in. I
have no idea why the recovery key that gets generated does not work when I type it into the PC. One clue as to why it might not work is that the Key ID that this PC shows does not match the Key ID that the online recovery web page shows. I would have expected
the Key ID's to match. This leads me to believe that it might be generating a recovery key for some other computer and not the one that I'm having the problem on.

I only have one Microsoft Online ID to log in with so logging in with a different Microsoft online ID is not an option.

Does anyone know if the Key ID shown on the PC and the Key ID shown on the recovery page should match? And even more importantly, if they don't match, what to do?????
