Windows 10: Bit Locker encrypted USB drive will not unlock

I encrypted a Cruzer Blade USB drive using Windows 10 Pro and neither the password I created, nor the generated recovery key will unlock it despite the key indicator being correct

Bit locker Encryption

Hello Fiends,

Actually my problem is that i have previously installed windows 7 ultimate(32 bit) in my desktop and to protect my data,
encrypted the "D drive" using bit locker, then after few months, i installed
windows 10 pro(64 bit) in my desktop without disabling the bit locker, after installation i was able to access my locked drive with same password.

Till here everything was fine, but after some days my Desktop started to lag then again i switched to
windows 7 ultimate(64 bit).

But Now i'm not able to access my encrypted drive which was locked by bit locker with same password.

While i'm trying to unlock the encrypted drive i'm getting the massage as
"Unable to Complete the requested operation because of either a catastrophic media failure
or a data structure corruption on the disk".

Pls Help.

I encountered a problem with data encryption. I used to have access to Bit Locker and I had encrypted one of my drives with Bit Locker, but after I deleted all the junk files with the software, Bit Locker was no longer active and I could not access the encrypted drive. I had to format the drive. Even now, despite having all the prerequisites on the laptop and even having the data encryption section, I cannot access this section, and the bit locker has been removed from the control panel, and the bit locker is no longer on the device. does not deny I apologize for the bad grammar. Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, it didn't fix my issue. First of all, there is no "turn off auto bit lock", but there is "turn off auto-unlock" or "turn on auto-unlock", and my settings show "auto-unlock" is turned off. Secondly, I don't want my
USB drive to "auto-unlock", but I do want it to stay "unlocked" after I manually unlock it. However, the problem I am having now is that when I unlock the USB drive and open a file, then after being idle for a while, Windows will automatically lock the drive,
so I cannot save the changes I have made to the file until I unlock the drive again.
