Windows 10: Bit Locker Issue

Hi, everyone!My name is Kaliktus Takeama Sogen. I am a teacher from Indonesia. I have got a problem with my laptop. After I reinstall windows ten, my computer drives where I store my all document are locked by bit locker. I have checked into my Microsoft account but I didn't find any recovery key. I bought the laptop in 2017 at Ji Bi Hi Fi City, Adelaide Australia. Would you please help me to solve this issue?Best Regards

Bit locker issue

Hi Team,

I am facing issues with bitlocker. whenever i restart my machine it asking bit locker key. I tried bit locker commands and do enabling pin also, but no luck. please give solution for this issue.

This issue might be due to problems with change in group policy settings for bit locker.

To assist you better, please provide us the below information:

• Have you created any system restore point on the computer prior to the issue?

I suggest you to manage the bit locker settings in the group policy settings by following the below link and check if it helps.

First before performing any changes in Bit locker settings, I suggest you to create System Restore point on the computer. So that we can restore back to previous Windows state if any issues occurs.

I have my account and device listed but when I go to the bit locker it says no key is there and I ha e no other way to access it
