Windows 10: Bit locker issues

Playing fallout 4 on my Rog Ally and the game crashes and auto restarts the entire machine. Turns back on to a blue bit locker screen. Find and enter my recovery key but just tells me "there's been problem restarting you pc no changes have been made"Any idea how to get around this? Obviously want to loose all my files. Tried searching Google however most people with this issue don't have the recovery key.

I am facing issues with bitlocker. whenever i restart my machine it asking bit locker key. I tried bit locker commands and do enabling pin also, but no luck. please give solution for this issue.

This issue might be due to problems with change in group policy settings for bit locker.

To assist you better, please provide us the below information:

• Have you created any system restore point on the computer prior to the issue?

I suggest you to manage the bit locker settings in the group policy settings by following the below link and check if it helps.

First before performing any changes in Bit locker settings, I suggest you to create System Restore point on the computer. So that we can restore back to previous Windows state if any issues occurs.

I have my account and device listed but when I go to the bit locker it says no key is there and I ha e no other way to access it
