Windows 10: Bit locker key is not uploaded to my Microsoft account and I can't start my computer...

I can't find my bit locker key and I can't start my PC without putting in my key and It says it is not uploaded to Microsoft when I login to my Microsoft account.

3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.
