Windows 10: Bit locker key needed every time I start up my Laptop after update of Windows 11 23H2

Hi, I recently updated my laptop to the windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems and now every time I shut down my computer and restart it I need the BitLocker key for my account. Now I have this but its just very annoying and was wondering are other people having the same issue ?

After a bios update in my laptop it shows for bit locker recovery key.

I tried finding my bit locker key as I found the Microsoft Account associated with the laptop.

I could find the laptop listed in the device

When I try to get the bit locker key from the menu I am getting error please try after some time or contact support

Daughter laptop requesting bit locker recovery key.

She didn't change anything.

But overnight, its now requesting this. So assume an update occurred, that impacted this.

Ive checked our MS account and there no recovery keys there. He device is not even listed.

Is there a workaround, or fix. Ive looked at the support notes, and don't have a print out of the key or usb stick etc..

any help would be appreciated. As were stuck on the blue screen Bit locker screen.

 

Bit Locker Recovery Key not accepting

I am having a lenovo Ideapad Slim5 pro laptop with Windows 11 as the OS. A couple of days ago, after start up the laptop got stuck to the attached screen asking for the recovery Key. I have searched for it and found 2 Bit locker recovery keys after logging in with my microsoft credentials. But even after entering the keys one by one the problem didn't get solved. I am unable to land into the Windows screen and the screen is still stuck in the same screen.

I have contacted the Lenovo support, they also did the same steps and suggested me to contact Microsoft support team.

So, kindly extend your support to me in this situation so that I can start my Windows 11.
