Windows 10: Bit Locker problem when i have not recovery key in (Email ,U.S.B and other drive)

Discus and support Bit Locker problem when i have not recovery key in (Email ,U.S.B and other drive) in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; In window 10 my D drive encrypt with Bit locker and recovery key file in C drive ,when m change my window so after new window m lose recovery key now...     Bit Locker problem when i have not recovery key in (Email ,U.S.B and other drive)


    In window 10 my D drive encrypt with Bit locker and recovery key file in C drive ,when m change my window so after new window m lose recovery key
    now Bit locker can't accept my password tell me how to open drive and get impotent data.

    Bit locker recovery key

    Since last 4 days it is bit locker recovery key.

    It is working well after giving Recovery key.
