Windows 10: Bit Locker recovery key, but I don't know which email address I used to create Microsoft...

Hello,this morning I started my personal laptop, but I got Bit Locker blue screen that gives clear instructions on what to do to get recovery key. But for some reason I don't even remember I ever created Microsoft account for myself, expect the business one I got from work, but I never mix private and work email address or PCs.Then I proceeded to see if maybe my private email was in use for that Microsoft account where I couldn't login because account doesn't exist, and I looked through my email @gmail.com, I've never received any Microsoft emails or something to verify that that's me who is

2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

any one please help me in finding bit locker recovery key. when i turned on bit locker i saved my key but it got erased from my usb. i aslo cleared my tpm 2.0



please advise how to find the recovery key
