Windows 10: Bit Locker Recovery key issues

Hi Team, Please Support for Bitlocker recovery key issues. I have a personal hard disk of 1TB with lot of data. I connected it to my office laptop and the drive got bitlocked automatically within a second.I talk to the office administrators and we ran the command thru administrators right.manage-bde -protectors e: -getBut it is printing only the ID

2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Facing bit locker key problem. Just updated my system and on restart bit locker recovery key screen is coming although I haven't activated bit locker

Facing bit locker key problem. Just updated my system and on restart bit locker recovery key screen is coming although I haven't activated bit locker so I don't have any key for it. Please suggest solution for this issue how can I get throw this without key or how can I revert this update

any one please help me in finding bit locker recovery key. when i turned on bit locker i saved my key but it got erased from my usb. i aslo cleared my tpm 2.0



please advise how to find the recovery key
