Windows 10: Bit Locker Recovery Key needed after updating Windows 10 on 17 June 2020

I just updated my Windows 10 on my Lenovo Yoga C940 on 17 June 2020 and when it was completed and started up, it asked for a Bit Locker Recovery key. I never used Bit Locker Recovery Key. Why did it ask for it?


Can someone please advise what to do to fix it?

1. What is the error message appears when you’re trying to enter a Bit locker key?
   
2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Bit Locker Recovery Key

My laptop was set up at work by an IT administrator who no loner works there.......the IT tech support cannot find the bit locker key. Most of the staff are no longer there......

I have no CD's nothing to recover my data. How do I get past this bit locker? Urgent help required!

any one please help me in finding bit locker recovery key. when i turned on bit locker i saved my key but it got erased from my usb. i aslo cleared my tpm 2.0



please advise how to find the recovery key
