Windows 10: Bit Locker Recovery Key not accepting

Hi,I am having a lenovo Ideapad Slim5 pro laptop with Windows 11 as the OS. A couple of days ago, after start up the laptop got stuck to the attached screen asking for the recovery Key. I have searched for it and found 2 Bit locker recovery keys after logging in with my microsoft credentials. But even after entering the keys one by one the problem didn't get solved. I am unable to land into the Windows screen and the screen is still stuck in the same screen.I have contacted the Lenovo support, they also did the same steps and suggested me to contact Microsoft support team. 1. What is the error message appears when you’re trying to enter a Bit locker key?
   
2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

bit locker recovery key

any one please help me in finding bit locker recovery key. when i turned on bit locker i saved my key but it got erased from my usb. i aslo cleared my tpm 2.0



please advise how to find the recovery key

Bit-locker will not accept its recovery key number... seems an encryption is taking place causing failure.

After a Windows update, the PC requested a Bit-locker Recovery Key ID to be entered into a "window box" on the screen. I typed the Recovery Key ID number as provided into the "window box", however as I type the Recovery Key ID numbers into the "box", not
all of the number key strokes typed are "accepted" into the entry "window box". As a result, the Recovery Key ID number provided cannot be entered. I see numbers appear which I have not entered, leading me to believe an encryption is occurring as I type in
the ID number provided. My computer is frozen on the blue Bit-Locker entry screen for the Recovery Key.

ANY HELP RESOLVING THIS ISSUE IS APPRECIATED.
