Windows 10: Bit locker recovery key not generated any key ID is there

Dear Team,I'm really appreciate this bitlocker feature but when we don't have possibilities to recover our personal and important data when unable to identify or forgotten recovery key then bitlocker very worse.Coming to my issue. Before windows 10 installation local d drive not locked with bit locker and due to system Slowness we had reinstalled windows 10 after that suddenly local d drive locked by bit locker. I tried to get recovery from cloud intune but no recovery key for Key ID. Now D drive have important data, what to do I need to unlock that drive. System is in domain. I need to

1. What is the error message appears when you’re trying to enter a Bit locker key?
   
2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

bit locker recovery key

any one please help me in finding bit locker recovery key. when i turned on bit locker i saved my key but it got erased from my usb. i aslo cleared my tpm 2.0



please advise how to find the recovery key

Since last 4 days it is bit locker recovery key.

It is working well after giving Recovery key.
