Windows 10: Bit Locker Recovery key Not working

I entered my bit locker recovery key but I am still stuck on the same blue screen. System asks me restart post entering the key but nothing happens after that. Can anyone help me with it? Do I need to generate new key and how do I that if I need to?

1. What is the error message appears when you’re trying to enter a Bit locker key?
   
2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Bit locker recovery key

Since last 4 days it is bit locker recovery key.

It is working well after giving Recovery key.

any one please help me in finding bit locker recovery key. when i turned on bit locker i saved my key but it got erased from my usb. i aslo cleared my tpm 2.0



please advise how to find the recovery key
