Windows 10: Bit locker Recovery Key

Hi,When I turn on my computer it prompts me to enter my BitLocker Recovery Key. I was able to get it from my Microsoft account however, when I enter the key it tells me that it is incorrect. I have tried using multiple command prompts in the advanced options part of troubleshooting with no luck. I have been able to determine that it is C drive that is locked but no matter what commands I do I can’t seem to get it unlocked. I only have one Microsoft account and have confirmed the serial numbers match both what is on the bottom of my laptop and the recovery section on my account. Please someone

1. What is the error message appears when you’re trying to enter a Bit locker key?
   
2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

bit locker recovery key

any one please help me in finding bit locker recovery key. when i turned on bit locker i saved my key but it got erased from my usb. i aslo cleared my tpm 2.0



please advise how to find the recovery key

Since last 4 days it is bit locker recovery key.

It is working well after giving Recovery key.
