Windows 10: Bit Locker Recovery Key

The HP Envy laptop was purchased new on 09/08/20. Within a month I needed a Bit Locker Recovery Key. It then happened a second time a couple of weeks later. The third time it happened this week I entered the 'recovery key' and it didn't work. I ended up having to reinstall windows. I was furious. I contacted Hewlett Packard and the rep. told me that there is a problem with my laptop but the problem rests with Microsoft and I had to contact them for the fix. If Microsoft can't fix the problem with this $1400.00 laptop I will return it to Best Buy. I'm running Windows 10 and the browser is Edge. It's a 64 bit operating system x64 based processor. I have 12.0 GB of RAM with 11.8 GB usable. The processor is Intel. It's a home computer that I only use for personal use ie e-mail, weather and news.

1. What is the error message appears when you’re trying to enter a Bit locker key?
   
2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

bit locker recovery key

any one please help me in finding bit locker recovery key. when i turned on bit locker i saved my key but it got erased from my usb. i aslo cleared my tpm 2.0



please advise how to find the recovery key

Since last 4 days it is bit locker recovery key.

It is working well after giving Recovery key.
